Though she originally trained in commercial cookery, Tessa found her true calling in customer service, where her friendly personality and attentive nature make her a perfect fit for her role as Director of First Impressions.

With years of experience in customer-facing roles, Tessa is skilled at handling a variety of situations and is always ready to go the extra mile to ensure each customer feels valued and supported.

Tessa is a dedicated advocate for fitness and well-being, passionate about staying active and being a positive role model for her young son. A regular at CrossFit, she also enjoys long weekend walks with her dogs and has a deep appreciation for the outdoors. Her time volunteering with the Riding for the Disabled Association in Kendall left a lasting impact, reinforcing her commitment to community and kindness in everyday life.
