Holly Blundell brings a calm, organised and approachable presence to her role as Assistant Asset Manager. After moving to Port Macquarie from Grafton four years ago, she has embraced the coastal lifestyle while maintaining strong ties to the wider region and community.
Beginning her real estate career in November 2025 in reception, Holly built a solid foundation in client service before progressing into property management support. Her previous supervisory and customer-focused roles at X-Golf Port Macquarie and Port Macquarie Golf Club strengthened her ability to communicate clearly, manage multiple priorities, and ensure people feel heard.
Working within a collaborative team environment, Holly plays an important role in ensuring clients feel supported both behind the scenes and front of house. She understands that strong outcomes come from consistent communication, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Holding her Certificate of Registration and currently completing her Real Estate Licence, Holly is committed to professional growth built on honesty and long-term relationships.
Outside the office, she’s often walking the Port Macquarie coastal track, immersed in a good book, or spending time with her partner and their dog, Basil, who ensures there’s always plenty of energy in the day.
