Derek Siu

As a Real Estate Consultant with Ray White Port Macquarie & Wauchope, Derek Siu brings
a genuine passion for property, people, and the Mid North Coast community he proudly calls
home. Having grown up in Forster and South West Rocks and living locally for more than
five years, Derek combines his local knowledge with a friendly, down to earth approach that
helps clients feel comfortable from the very start.
Before beginning his career in real estate, Derek spent six years in the automotive industry.
As a highly respected new car sales consultant, he learned the importance of attention to
detail, hard work, and integrity. His experience in customer service and sales has given him
strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly, qualities that serve him well
in guiding clients through their property journey.
Derek understands that buying or selling a home is a big decision. He believes in being
open, honest, and genuine with every client, taking the time to make sure they feel
supported and informed throughout the process. Whether helping first home buyers,
families, or investors, Derek’s calm and caring approach ensures every experience is a
positive one.
Outside of work, Derek enjoys making the most of the Mid North Coast lifestyle. He loves
kayaking, exploring new places, and spending time with his partner Bianca, their dog Arlo,
and family. He also enjoys being involved in local community events and fundraisers, often
supporting Bianca’s business, The Witchy Nook, and other local causes.
